Coinbase's Ethereum Layer 2 network suffered its first major outage since its public launch on August 9.
For approximately 45 minutes on September 5, no new blocks were produced on the Base channel. Its developers first identified block production as "stuck" at 21:36 UTC, according to the Base Status site. Block production has since resumed.
