A British free climber recorded the moment he climbed hanging from Dubai's tallest crane, over 1,000 feet in the air, with just his hand.

Adam Lockwood put on his helmet and s is posed as a laborer in order to gain access to Dubai's tallest crane - so he can dangle 1,280 feet above the city, as seen in this biting video.

At the top of the crane, he let himself hang using only his grip and upper body strength to stop him from falling, in an experiment which he describes as quite "peaceful".

He performed the death-defying stunt from the crane atop the 77-story residential Il Primo skyscraper, right next to the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.
