Dolph Lundgren says he's locked in an eight-year battle with cancer...revealing his diagnosis for the first time.

Dolph says he eventually went into remission, but the cancer returned in 2020, when a doctor diagnosed him with terminal cancer, telling him he only had 2-3 years to live .
When the cancer returned, Dolph's fiancée Emma Krokdal said doctors at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center told her he had tumors in his lungs, stomach, spine and to the kidneys...and that Dolph was resigned to the fact that he would probably die soon.
Luckily for Dolph, he says he went for a second opinion with Dr. Alexandra Drakaki and that his treatments are shrinking his tumors.
It's interesting... Dolph admits to using steroids at the time and wonders if the drugs have anything to do with his cancer.
