EndSARS will be like a rehearsal - Actor Okon warns against faking
Imeh Bishop Umoh, a popular Nigerian comedian and comedian, better known as Okon Lagos, has warned politicians not to rig the February 25 general election.
Okon, who issued the warning in a post on his Instagram page, noted that there is a very thin line between sanity and insanity.
He said it would be very unwise to gamble with the collective fates of frustrated Nigerians.
"Obviously there is tremendous intimidation and rigging going on, but please in all that we do, let's not rig this election with impunity so that it reflects the opposite total will of the already frustrated Nigerians. Otherwise, ENDSARS will look like a dress rehearsal for the real thing. Just my advice 1kobo.
"Now that the docile, long-sleeping giant within us is finally wide awake, please let everyone do their part to do the right thing at all times, especially when collecting the results. At this defining moment in our lives, the line between sanity and madness is very thin. It would be very unwise to play with the collective fates of frustrated people," he said.
