EPL: Raphinha makes decision to join Arsenal from Barcelona
Arsenal target Raphinha has no interest in joining Mikel Arteta's side before the end of the January transfer window, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Raphinha has made it clear he doesn't want to join the Gunners as he looks to fight for his place at Barcelona in the coming months.
It had been suggested that the Brazilian winger could be in the transfer market pending in January after a difficult first half at Camp Nou since joining the La Liga giants from Leeds United.
Arsenal legend Paul Merson had also backed the Gunners to sign Raphinha after missing out on Mykhailo Mudryk at Chelsea.
But Raphinha is apparently intent on proving he can be a regular starter at Barcelona under manager Xavi Hernández despite the possibility of a return to the Premier League with in-form Arsenal.
