According to the co-founder of Ethereum, the response to a case of censorship must be aligned with the level of transgression.

The post drew notable attention, as Vitalik explained in the thread, that any other response could potentially lead to turning the Ethereum community into a morality police:

I would say "to be tolerated". Cut or run or anything socially coordinated should only be considered for a massive rearrangement of other people's blocks, without making bad choices about what to put in yours.
