There is only one problem: the 830 km (515 mile) journey involves a changing trains in both directions at Lille.

Although passengers are likely to find the timings pleasant, with the outbound train departing London at 9:01 a.m. and arriving at terminus, Bourg-Saint-Maurice, at 6.20pm.

The return train leaves Bourg-Saint-Maurice at 8.26am and arrives in London at 4.00pm, passengers passing through registration, security and immigration upon arrival in Lille.
