Former PDP gubernatorial aspirant in Akwa Ibom dies

A former gubernatorial candidate and leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Akwa Ibom State, Bassey Inuaeyen, has died.

Mr. Inuaeyen, who hails from Ini local government of the state region, was, until his demise, the political head of the region.
