She warned that the Corps would ensure that any marketer found hoarding fuel would not escape punishment.

The statement read in part: "The NSCDC boss said he was making frantic efforts to ensure that all service stations involved in the hoarding of premium automotive gasoline that has led to a shortage in the state would face the wrath of the law.< /p>

"It is a known fact that there is a shortage of fuel supply in the country, despite this, gas stations should not use the opportunity to cause untold hardship to citizens.< /p>

"We have our undercover agents who are under surveillance at all stations across the state and this will continue until sanity returns to the system."
