Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have officially expanded their family: 'The Hills' star has given birth to the couple's second child.

Sources close to the couple told TMZ that Heidi gave birth on Wednesday, so she and Spencer headed to a Los Angeles-area hospital. After waiting a few hours, they decided to go home and wait.

Fast forward to Thursday, the couple returned to the hospital and Heidi delivered a healthy baby boy at 11:31 a.m. weighing 7lbs 9oz...we don't know the baby's name yet .

We were told it was an easy delivery, which only took about 45 minutes, and Heidi and the couple's new bundle are doing well.

The baby boy marks the couple's second son, Heidi gave birth to Gunner in 2017.

In a fun video from the hospital on Wednesday, Spencer showed Heidi putting on makeup during labor. You have to imagine that she planned to take a lot of pictures after giving birth and wanted to look her best.
