How to watch the 2022 Gran Turismo World Series
If you enjoyed Season 1 Online of the 2022 Gran Turismo World Series, you'll be pleased to hear that there's plenty of Gran Turismo 7 action planned for the next two weeks. Offer a chance to see the best players compete on the circuit in flagship events.
The first leg is the first round of the World Series. The top representatives from the top 12 manufacturers compete in the Manufacturers Cup which can be seen on Saturday, July 23 at 6:00 a.m. PDT / 2:00 p.m. BST. While the 2021 Nations Cup top 16 players can be seen in action the following day - Sunday July 24 at 6am PDT / 2pm BST.
The action continues the following weekend, but this time with an in-person live event. The World Series Showdown will bring together the best riders from around the world at the spectacular Red Bull Hangar-7 in Salzburg, Austria. The first gathering of Gran Turismo players since the World Tour event in Sydney in early 2020 will be streamed live, with 12 three-driver teams battling it out in the Manufacturers Cup on Saturday, July 30 at 12:00 p.m. PDT / 8:00 p.m. BST and 32 riders aiming for Nations Cup glory on Sunday July 31 at 12:00 PDT / 20:00 BST.
"The Gran Turismo World Series is home to epic races and motor racing legends. The 2022 series marks the fifth year of the competition and will be hosted on "Gran Turismo 7". New strategies, Racing skills and know-how will be needed as the playing field is leveled, meaning we can expect some intense racing action and even a few surprises as the veteran old guard goes up against the stars risers of tomorrow."
