I'm tired of paying rent in London and want to try living somewhere cheaper, so I can save money for a deposit to 'buy my own house.

I'm unlikely to be able to buy in London so I'd like to try somewhere else before buying there, I hope so.

I would like to live by the sea and have heard good things about Leigh on Sea in Essex and Margate, Kent, and they both look promising.
