iOS 16.1 will bring live sports scores to iPhone 14 Pro Dynamic Island
Apple released iOS 16.1 beta 2 last week, the software brings a wide range of new features to the iPhone, many of which were left out of iOS 16.
It now looks like some features will be exclusive to the iPhone 14 Pro models and their Dynamic Island functionality.
We've already heard that Live Activities will be coming to the iPhone with the iOS 16.1 update, these will be; display things like sports scores and more on the lock screen.
It now appears that the Live Activities feature also integrates with Dynamic Island on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. This can be seen in the photo above and below and in Paul Bradford's tweet.
We are currently on the second beta of iOS 16.1, Apple is expected to release another new beta this week, the final software release is in a few weeks and we expect the update to land in October .< /p>
This will also bring other new features to the iPhone, including the ability to completely remove the Apple Wallet device from your iPhone, this is a feature that was not available on the iPhone before . As soon as we have details on the exact release date of the update, we will let you know.
