Markets: Equities are down in most countries around the world, though somewhat mixed in Europe. The crypto is mostly flat with XRP breaking the trend being interesting. The Block reports that crypto volumes increased in September, which could bode well. Startups: Clerkenwell Health has just raised a few million pounds to test alternative drugs for mental health issues. We are delighted with that. And Trendsi raised a Series A of $25 million, which is no small feat, as we expected to see smaller seed rounds this year. Of course Trendsi! Quick Hits: Kanye West and Elon Musk have taken to the news cycle again, this time after the former got in trouble for anti-Semitic posts on Instagram and Twitter. Meanwhile, Musk welcomed Ye on Twitter. Moreover, Tizen is not dead and PayPal is having a hellish start to the week. Don't forget: We're live next week on the first day of Disrupt! Come hang!
