Osigwe said the findings of the investigation confirmed that Mmesoma had manipulated her UTME results, lamenting that the finding was deeply disappointing and directly contravened the values ​​of the Innoson Group, especially in relation to the scholarship scheme.

The statement reads: “Over the past few days, we have been involved in the process of investigating allegations regarding the UTME 2023 exam results of one of our scholarship recipients, Miss Joy Mmesoma Ejikeme.It was initially reported that Miss Joy performed exceptionally well in the exam, a feat which earned her a scholarship from our society.

“However, subsequent reports of discrepancies in his UTME score led us to seek clarification from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and to enable him to air his position, we engaged in direct dialogue with Miss Joy.

"In addition to this, a committee set up by the Governor of Anambra State, Dr. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, has carried out a thorough independent investigation into this matter.

"The results of this rigorous investigation have now confirmed that Miss Joy Mmesoma Ejikeme manipulated her UTME results. This finding is deeply disappointing and directly contravenes the values ​​we hold dear at Innoson Vehicles, particularly those that underpin our scholarship program.
