Dana White's next definite fight for Leon Edwards will be against Colby Covington...but Jorge Masvidal isn't so sure, telling us he believes he can change the big boss's mind. 'UFC with a victory over Gilbert Burns, and snatch the fight against "the quack who calls the cops, the ass bitch Cupcake Covington."
"100% [I can jump Colby]. I feel it in my heart, I see it in my head," Masvidal, 38, told Babcock on the TV show "TMZ Sports" (which airs nightly). week on FS1).

Edwards, 31, defeated Kamaru Usman last month to retain the welterweight title. After the fight, White told reporters that Covington was next, much to the chagrin of some fans who were really hoping to see Masvidal take on Edwards.
Of course, Jorge and Leon have some serious beef – uh, chicken – which came to a head in the UK in 2019, when the pair were involved in a backstage altercation after Edwards yelled something to Masvidal as he was interviewed backstage after beating Darren Till.
