JUST IN: Tinubu, Gov Masari in closed meeting with Buhari

All Progressives Congress presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is currently in a private meeting with the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (Retired).

Governor Aminu Masari is also at the closed meeting, which is being held at the President's private Daura residence.

The APC presidential candidate, accompanied by Governor Masari, drove to the president's residence a few minutes after 2 p.m.

Tinubu had earlier arrived at Umaru Musa Yar'Adua International Airport in Katsina at 1:15 p.m. on Sunday, from where he joined Governor Masari for about an hour's drive to Daura.

Meeting still in session at 2:50 p.m. when this report was tabled.
