Kanye West is on fire for using the R-word to describe President Biden...condemned by advocates for people with Down syndrome and disabilities.

Ye lashed out at Biden in his interview with Piers Morgan, saying POTUS "f***r-word" for not asking Elon Musk's opinion, and now the epithet is sparking l 'outrage.

Jordan Kough, executive director of the National Down Syndrome Congress, told TMZ...the R-word is abhorrent to all people with disabilities, and it's very disappointing to see Kanye embrace it. Worse still, Kough thinks Ye knows this is very offensive.
