Kumuyi meets the monarch Ikorodu during a crusade in the city

The General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Kumuyi, will meet with the Ayangburen of Ikorodu Kingdom, Oba Kabiru Adegorushen, on Wednesday ahead of the church's six-day crusade beginning in Ikorodu, Lagos, Thursday.

The crusade, part of the famous cleric's world evangelism program, comes under the auspices of the World Crusade with Kumuyi.

The Deeper Life leader is due to meet Oba Adegorushen at the Lagos State University of Science and Technology (formerly known as LASPOTECH), where he will be received upon his arrival in the thriving town of Ikorodu . Kumuyi should also interface with the press.

According to a statement by GCK Chairman, Pastor Edison Daminabo, the crusade is scheduled to be held from Thursday 28th July to Tuesday 02nd August 2022 at the Lagos State University of Science and Technology in Ikorodu.

The statement read in part: "The Crusade is taking place under the auspices of the Global Crusade with Kumuyi, Lagos and would be broadcast live worldwide via satellite and other social media platforms. It is themed: "Total Emancipation by the Authority of Christ", and is the second to be hosted in Lagos since the start of the series.

"The crusade is being organized in conjunction with the Christian Association of Nigeria, the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria and other CAN blocs who are throwing all their weight and will to make it a huge success. The organizer, Inspirational and international evangelist Pastor W. F. Kumuyi and other anointed servants of God, including music minister Jeff Deyo, an international gospel artist, minister throughout the mighty global crusade of six days.

"Between the daily crusade events, there will be a special conference for ministers, church workers, and professionals that is designed to equip them with the nuggets of development and leadership needed to excel in life, ministry and career."

CAN President Bishop Stephen Adegbite described the upcoming event as “a wonderful end-time program that participants will never regret attending” and urged all Christians to participate actively.
