Lewis Hamilton sends urgent warning to Mercedes engineers with 'trust forever' message

"As a team we've been through a similar process of trying to take some things out, rebuild, regroup and maneuver this car into a better place and we've had really nice consistency in the last few races , which was great.

"We're still lacking in performance, which is the hardest thing because I think there's potential in this car, but we had to cut it down to keep it from bouncing, but we had a very good reliability. We won't be able to count on reliability forever being the thing that keeps us on the podium, so we really need performance."
