Lizzo responds to Kanye West's bodily comments during Toronto show

Lizzo has acknowledged the fact that Kanye West named her on prime-time TV to speak out against obesity - but it looks like she's hitting the high road... straight to Canada, apparently.

The singer was performing at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on Friday when she stopped at a point during the show to respond to Ye's comments about her during her appearance on Tucker Carlson's show this week - and his response was to seek refuge there in the north.< /p>

Lizzo says everyone in America has something to say about her, while she's just minding her own business. She prefixed it with "big, black, beautiful" to make it clear.

She then asks if she can stay, to which the audience applauds. Lizzo openly wondered if she could marry someone for dual citizenship...and had a good laugh.

She didn't explicitly mention Kanye...which is a similar approach she took when Aries Spears recently trashed her. Again, she didn't really lean on him... but just said she would let her success do the talking - even if people wanted her to "applaud". Same for Ye, it seems.
