Nahuel Molina joins Atletico Madrid from Udinese
Atletico Madrid are set to sign Nahuel Molina from Udinese in the summer transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano. The well-known and respected journalist has reported on Twitter that La Liga club Atletico and Serie A side Udinese have reached a full Molina transfer agreement in the coming days.
Romano has added that Nehuen Perez will be included in the deal, which means the 22-year-old Argentinian centre-back will become a permanent Udinese player. The youngster spent last season on loan at Italian club Atletico.
Molina has been on Udinese's books since 2020. The 24-year-old Argentina international centre-back made 31 starts and four substitute appearances in Serie A last season, scoring seven goals and providing two assists. Molina has made 18 starts and 11 substitute appearances in the league in 2020-21, scoring two goals and providing five assists.
