Nate Diaz jokes with Jake Paul about New Orleans choking incident

Nate Diaz is clearly not sweating his Louisiana criminal case...the former UFC star actually had a laugh with Jake Paul on Tuesday.

Paul is the one who brought up the incident of choking Diaz at a press conference to hype their August boxing match... wondering if the MMA fighter thought that he was torn with his brother, Logan Paul, when he choked a guy on Bourbon St. during a scrum on April 22.

Diaz smiled and then pretended to believe it was Logan he put to sleep on the popular New Orleans route.

"Are you going to pretend it's not Logan?" Nate said with a smile. "Come on, man!"

"You thought it was Logan?" Jake asked again...before Diaz replied with a chuckle, "It's Logan, what are you talking about?"

Of course, the case shouldn't make Diaz laugh... Officials have charged him with second-degree grievous bodily harm after alleging he caused the man a head injury during the incident. Diaz is now at risk of being behind bars if he is ultimately convicted.
