Newcastle offer £18million for Leeds winger Jack Harrison
Newcastle United have made an offer for Leeds United winger Jack Harrison in the summer transfer window, according to Football Insider. The report claimed Eddie Howe's side had told Premier League rivals Leeds they were ready to pay an £18million transfer fee for Harrison, who can also play as a midfielder of offensive field.
Football Insider added that Leeds are yet to make a decision on Newcastle's offer for Harrison. The West Yorkshire club have already sold another winger Raphinha to Barcelona, while England international midfielder Kalvin Phillips has left for Manchester City.
Harrison has scored 16 goals and created 13 big chances in 71 Premier League appearances so far in his career. The 25-year-old made 32 starts and three league substitute appearances for Leeds last season, scoring eight goals and providing one assist in the process.
