NHL's Sean Avery threatens to smash teen's windshield wipers in heated parking lot dispute

Sean Avery was involved in another spat with his neighbors...this time he was so angry at the way they parked their cars on a street near his home that he threatened to break their windshield wipers.

TMZ Sports has learned...that the argument unfolded last Thursday in Hollywood Hills, when the former NHL player confronted a few people, including teenagers, over vehicles stopped in the street.< /p>

Avery - who said he was guarding the house of someone who lived in the neighborhood - was clearly furious with everyone, explaining that he thought the cars were parked illegally. He demanded that they move them immediately.

The neighbours, however, were not happy with the way he approached them about it - and a huge argument in the street ensued for several minutes.

At one point during the feud, Avery said, "Next time either of you park your car over there, I'm going to break your windshield wipers. One hundred percent. One hundred percent. Ask around. of you!"

Later, he added to one of the men filming the feud, "Dude. You're too small to try to challenge anyone. Shut up."

Several times during the argument, Avery called some of the men an offensive term for little people.
