So says Tripadvisor about its The 25 best hotels in the UK and Channel Islands for 2024 - shown here in reverse order.
The list , gleaned from the 'category, includes "winning places [that have] great service, comfortable rooms, it works," says Tripadvisor, which adds that less than one percent of its eight million listings will ever be recognized by its awards.
Hotels here have “received a high number of exceptional reviews and opinions from the Tripadvisor community over a period of 12 months”, and include gems close to London's top tourist attractions such as Tower Bridge and Buckingham Palace, a property overlooking an airport and a hotel just a stone's throw from York's ancient historic sites.
There is also a property nestled in the idyllic Jersey countryside.
