R. Kelly is engaged to one of her alleged victims, Joycelyn Savage... or so she says in a letter to the judge - and her family say they had no idea.
>According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Joycelyn disclosed the engagement by writing "I am Robert Kelly's fiancé"...in her correspondence with the federal judge just before Kelly was sentenced. The letter, which she wrote asking the judge for a lenient sentence, does not say when they got engaged.
In the letter, she says..."I am not the victim the government has described to me."
She goes on to say that her relationship with Kelly is "incredible", noting that he is the best thing that ever happened to her. She claims he always made sure her needs were met, along with "every other woman he was with."
Clearly, she wasn't too successful in swaying the judge, who gave Kelly a 30-year sentence.
