Raquel Leviss has apologized for filing a restraining order against Scheana Shay in Part 2 of the Vanderpump Rules. In her one-on-one chat with Andy Cohen, Raquel said she "completely regrets" filing the court order against Scheana, which pushed Raquel to New York on March 1 after learning of her affair with Tom. Sandoval. The restraining order was only dropped after Raquel and Scheana had to stay 100 yards apart during the March 23rd meeting.
