The head of content at the Welsh-language television channel, Llinos Griffin-Williams, has been sacked by the channel following these allegations.
It appears that two incidents occurred on Saturday in France.
S4C said: "Llinos Griffin- Williams has left his role as head of content at S4C following his dismissal following allegations of serious misconduct.
"We will not make further comment on this matter."
