Samsung Galaxy A14 5G review: Galaxy S23 style meets rock bottom price
Samsung Galaxy A14 5G
The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is a great starter smartphone with a price you don't have to worry about. It fixes a few of the notable flaws of its predecessor while remaining more affordable. The design inspired by Samsung flagships and the excellent update policy make it difficult to choose a better smartphone for less than 200€.
Samsung's budget Galaxy A series is as reliable as it gets. It covers all price ranges, from the most budget-friendly phones to just below the flagship level, and you get specs that more than justify the price of entry. However, a handful of the newer Galaxy A models I tested have started to stray from their affordability promise. As Samsung tried to squeeze 5G support into increasingly cheaper tiers of its Galaxy A devices, the price hikes slowly started to kick in. Now it's trying to make up for those missteps with a firm comeback in the sub-$200 segment.
Has it paid off? With the Galaxy A14 5G, absolutely yes – it's one of Samsung's best entry-level phones we've seen so far. Find out why in our Samsung Galaxy A14 5G review.
