Sanwo-Olu's 'Hip-Hop' Outfit, Don Jazzy's Body Language, Other 2022 Headies Highlights

If you missed the 15th Annual HEADIES Awards, held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday, we've got you covered.

Unlike previous editions of the award, this year the organizers have changed things up by holding the show in the United States of America and hiring a Hollywood actor as host.

This year, a sitting Governor of Lagos State graced the show.

With the regular drama that accompanies the titles, since it became popular with the Don Jazzy and Olamide fight in 2015, this year has been no different even outside the shores of Nigeria.

From Governor Sanwo Olu's hip hop outfit to Don Jazzy's body language, Kcee's compromising statement, Flavor's intriguing performance and Asake's slip-ups, this year there has been quite a bit of hits and misses.

He looked relaxed and hip and could pass as an Afrobeats artist while presenting an award to Wizkid's manager, Sunday Are.

Olamide for Yoruba culture
