“Two days before the ChatGPT 4.0 demo was released, Mr. Altman contacted my agent to ask me to reconsider my decision. Before we could log in, the system was there. As a result of their actions, I was forced to retain legal counsel, who wrote two letters to Mr. Altman and OpenAI, explaining what they had done and asking them to detail the exact process by which they created the voice “Sky”.
