'Shahs of Sunset' star Mike Shouhed no longer faces a domestic violence charge for allegedly molesting his fiancée...that is, if he takes a few classes, including a firearms safety course.

According to court documents, Mike reached a settlement with prosecutors that dismissed a series of misdemeanor charges following his arrest for domestic violence. Most notably, domestic violence, assault and battery, and unlawful attempts to deter a witness have all been dropped.

According to the documents, prosecutors have agreed to let Mike participate in a diversion program to close his case, meaning he won't have to plead to charges as long as he successfully completes the terms of the program.

Mike agreed to take anger management and parenting classes, as well as do community service and take a gun safety course.

Mike was also facing a handful of weapons charges - including criminal storage of a loaded firearm and possession of an assault weapon - so another condition is that he is now prohibited from owning or possessing weapons during the 2-year diversion program.
