Sharon Osbourne seems to be feeling much better after suffering a terrifying medical emergency while filming a TV show...because she went shopping.

Sharon felt well enough on Monday to go to the James Perse store in Beverly Hills.

As you can see, Sharon was walking around the store looking at different clothes...carrying a handbag and a bottle of Fiji water...all good signs in her first public appearance following his fear of health.

TMZ broke the story... Sharon fell ill on Friday while filming a show at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, Calif....with EMS rushing Sharon to the hospital.

Jack Osbourne told us that his mother got the all clear on Saturday, was discharged from the hospital, and returned home.
