Singer Harrysong welcomes second daughter
Nigerian musician Harrison Okiri, also known as Harrysong, has welcomed his second daughter with his wife.
The excited father announced it Wednesday on his Instagram page, where he shared a photo of his fingers holding those of the newborn.
He revealed his daughter was born at 3am on Wednesday, revealing her name is Purity.
The singer wrote, "Another very big congratulations? Yes! You're all right because now Christmas is over. Welcome my second daughter to my beautifully blessed world at 3am today...and she's s 'will call PURITY."
Harrysong revealed in June 2022 that his wife was expecting their second child, just six months after welcoming their first daughter, Daviva, on Thursday, December 9, 2021.
He married his wife on March 27, 2021.
The singer had announced the birth of a set of twins named Perez (boy) and Tare (girl), in 2017 with his then-girlfriend, who is based in Abuja.
However, on Saturday January 1, 2022, Harrysong denied being the father of the twins and insisted Daviva was his first child.
