Speech spoken: Thank you, Madam, Your Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, by Hannatu Musawa

The Queen of England, Elizabeth II

Like millions around the world, I feel a personal loss at the passing of Queen Elizabeth, the loss of an indomitable woman who lived her life with such grace and dignity. Like millions around the world, I will mourn Queen Elizabeth.

I declare before you all that my whole life, whether long or short, shall be devoted to your service and to the service of our great Imperial family to which we all belong. .– Her Majesty The Queen, Elizabeth II

On her twenty-first birthday, April 21, 1947, Princess Elizabeth, in the presence of her parents and younger sister, dedicated her life to the service of the Commonwealth… And c was a promise that Elizabeth Alexandra Mary kept all her life!

Like so many people around the world, the passing of Queen Elizabeth had a thunderous effect on me. No one alive can say that they did not live the majority of their life during the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. For 70 years, this woman of class and pure substance served Britain and the Commonwealth with remarkable devotion to duty. She was the best of being British, she was the embodiment of the essence and the value of the UK. She was what made Britain, Britain. No one in the history of the world has symbolized what it means to be British more than Queen Elizabeth.

She was always present with a seemingly resolute and invincible impression. The British people and all the people around the world who have revered her must learn to live a life in which she is no longer present. The impact of his death cannot be quantified in words. The transition that will occur following his death is a concrete story unfolding before our very eyes.

This amazing woman was Britain's longest serving monarch and she was the second longest serving monarch in world history. She served with 15 British prime ministers, hosted 13 of the last 14 American presidents. She was queen before Nigeria gained independence. She has organized over 100 state visits by world leaders and served as head of state in 17 different countries. She was the head of the community of nations. She was present through the good and bad times of the world. Through wars, pandemics, financial crises, terrorism, natural disasters, it has always been present. And she was standing and...
