After the announcement, Sweeney shared a video of herself celebrating the news with her mother on the phone while she was in the car, shedding a few tears. "What a morning!" Sweeney wrote in her caption, "It's an honor to know that Olivia and Cassie have connected to so many people. I'm so proud of both shows and grateful to everyone who has been a part of them. In total, 'Euphoria' received 16 nominations and 'The White Lotus' received 20.
