Tesla AI Day 2022 unveils new humanoid robot Bot
Over the weekend on its AI Day 2022, Tesla and Elon Musk unveiled a next-generation humanoid robot in the form of the Tesla Bot. The two-pedal humanoid robot was designed to perform tasks that may be dangerous to humans or may be repetitive or boring.
The Tesla robot was unveiled to a crowd of reporters and walked across the stage doing a few waves and hand gestures in front of the crowd. Check out the unveiling in the video below where other technologies were also showcased, including Dojo.
“Develop the next generation of automation, including a general-purpose, two-pedal humanoid robot capable of performing hazardous, repetitive, or boring tasks. We are looking for mechanical, electrical, control, and software engineers to help us leverage our AI expertise beyond our vehicle fleet.”
