It's 2022 and going to the office for work is no longer the norm for many people. You probably know at least one person in your life who is remote part-time or full-time. Working from home has its perks - not having a commute being chief among them - but it's not without its challenges. Domestic disturbances are significant, as well as poor lighting or simply the lack of pro-level equipment that they might only have access to in the office. That's why we recommend giving them a gift or two that will help fill those gaps. From noise-canceling headphones to ergonomic footrests, here's a list of things that are sure to make their remote working life easier.

Mooas

One of the toughest obstacles to working from home is all the distractions. You are constantly distracted by temptations like television, the Internet, or just easy access to the kitchen. A potential solution to this is to use one of those multi-cube timers from Mooas as a productivity tool. Each side corresponds to different durations; to start the stopwatch, you will flip the cube so that the desired time is facing up. Flipping the LCD screen up again will pause it, while flipping the screen down will stop the timer.

There are many ways to use these, but I like using the Pomodoro technique with these. I will activate the 30 minute timer which then encourages me to just focus on my work for the allotted period of time. Once the time is up, I give myself five minutes of rest, then I start again. You can also use them to remind yourself to get up and stretch once in a while.
