UK holiday parks have been ranked in a Which? survey - and Potters Resorts came out on top, with Pontins ranked bottom due to faults that include "shabby campsites and stained mattresses".
In the survey, respondents were asked to rate 19 out of five holiday parks in seven categories: cleanliness, quality of accommodation, customer service, facilities, entertainment, catering, and value for money.
Potters Resorts comes out on top with a very impressive overall score of 88%. Waterside Holiday Group is just behind with 87%. Both get a remarkable five stars in every category. Pontins has an overall score of 59%, scoring only two out of five stars for accommodation - the worst in the survey.
