Iji urges support groups to rally for APC victory

Think Tinubu Movement (TTM), a support group for All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has pledged thematic campaigns without violence and urged other candidate support groups to embrace peace .

The group at a press conference yesterday in Lagos where they unveiled the Nigeria Youth Festival, Asiwaju Tinubu Edition, which will start in October in Abuja and Rural Women Dwellers Emancipation & Gender Equality by Senator Oluremi Tinubu, who will start in November, said they were optimistic that Tinubu would win the 2023 presidential election due to his broad support and vast experience in solving a myriad of challenges facing the country.

The Managing Director of TTM, Chief Segun Balogun Afolorunikan, who disclosed that the group had strategized to campaign to every household in Nigeria, said that with the acceptance of Tinubu's candidacy in across the country, no other presidential candidate could muster such support.

Afolorunikan said Tinubu maintained the principle of progressivism and welfarism, which he used to promote the welfare of all Nigerians, as opposed to ultra-conservatism.

LIKELY, Sola Iji, South West Managing Director of the Asiwaju Tinubu-Shettima Coalition for Good Governance (ATSCGG), reiterated the need for all support groups to synergize for victory.

He said it was important that the leaders of all supporting campaign groups work together for Tinubu's victory in the next general election in 2023.

Iji who said this during his meeting with all ATSCGG support groups in Akure yesterday asked them to strategize on how to win the state for the joint Tinubu-Shettima ticket the next year.

He noted that the meeting had become necessary to bring all groups together under one umbrella to ensure synergy in operations at the polls.
