Tyrese doesn't want to pay alimony to his ex-wife in the event of a divorce

Tyrese doesn't want to give his ex-wife child support or the keys to a Range Rover...even though he IS willing to let Samantha Lee Gibson have one of their other SUVs.

The actor/singer is in court on Monday for a hearing in his divorce case to lay out what he wants from the separation.

According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Tyrese is trying to avoid sending monthly child support to Samantha...and he wants to hold on to a 2016 Range Rover, while offering to walk away with a 2017 less luxurious Discovery Land Rover.

Furthermore, Tyrese wants their prenup to be enforced...and he's asking for joint physical and legal custody of their daughter, Soraya Gibson. They also want to have the final say on non-medical emergencies for their child.

It's been a nasty divorce so far... when Samantha filed in September 2020, she claimed Tyrese locked her out of the house, a charge he denied. As we reported, Samantha was aiming for $20,000 in monthly child support, which Tyrese said was "unreasonably high".

So it will be interesting to see how Samantha reacts when Tyrese asks her to get the low-end Rover, and no spousal support.
