Ellis, three, from Redhill, Surrey, has been featured on ITV's Loose Women and on several newspaper websites after his photo was published online.
His mother Melissa said Spare was the only book he wanted to represent.
She said, "He's obsessed with being a prince and he doesn't have a favorite book character because he can't read.< /p>
"We've always done everything for World Book Day, it's one of our favorite days other than Halloween."
"His photo was is on Loose Women so he'll be glad he was on TV."
