Celina Powell has hired a lawyer and is going on the offensive against Deshae Frost …sent her a cease and desist letter after he accused her of sexual assault and giving her herpes during a live stream.
TMZ obtained the cease and desist order, sent Thursday by the model and internet personality’s attorney Rebecca R. Bordolidemanding that Frost immediately stop making what they call “defamatory, inherently defamatory, harmful and false statements” about him.

According to the letter, Frost allegedly made the claims during a live broadcast on January 26, telling viewers that Powell had sexually assaulted him and infected him with herpes. His legal team says the allegations are “entirely lacking in fact” and have “no merit.”
Powell’s attorney says the statements themselves constitute defamation under Florida law, noting that falsely accusing someone of committing a crime or having an infectious disease automatically qualifies as defamation, with presumptive damages.

Powell’s camp says the fallout is already impacting his business and professional relationships, saying the accusations are spreading quickly and damaging his reputation in a close-knit industry.
The letter asks Frost to publicly retract his statements and issue a formal apology on each platform on which he made the claims within 10 days, or face a lawsuit. It also serves as notice of Powell’s intention to file a civil action for defamation.

The drama stems from a live interaction between the two that quickly blew up online. So far, Frost has not responded publicly, but if he doesn’t retract, this influencer feud could turn into a full-blown legal battle.
