Adam Peaty has previously opened up about fatherhood
Although this is Holly’s first child, Peaty has spoken candidly in the past about how becoming a father changed his life. In 2020, the Olympic gold medalist described parenthood as one of the most meaningful experiences he has ever had.
“I knew everything was going to change from there, but it’s been incredible,” Peaty told the BBC. “Everyone thinks it was an accident, but it’s not. It’s one of the greatest things we can do together, and we’ve already taken care of the nursery.”
