Clint is the blacksmith of Pelican Town, which means players (unfortunately) interact with him a lot. He became a rather hated figure in the Stardew community over the years due to his creepy obsession with Emily, a fellow marriage candidate.

In the game, Clint can be seen in Emily’s bushes, writing her incel-coded notes that he never sends and asking the player to deliver him gifts because he is too aggressive. pick me boy to do it himself. He’s the kind of guy no one wants to be the object of self-pitying desires. So, naturally, the Internet was up in arms at the news that he can now get married.
