Brian Hooker left the Bahamas to visit his sick mother, leaving behind the yacht named “Soulmate”. His wife LynetteThe location of is still a mystery nearly two weeks after she allegedly fell overboard on a dinghy while heading toward the larger boat.
Brian’s lawyer, Terrel Butlertells TMZ… Brian left the Bahamas on Wednesday to take care of his mother, who is ill.

While she is away, Brian keeps his boat anchored in Marsh Harbor, a town in the Abaco Islands of the Bahamas, while the police and U.S. Coast Guard continue their search for Lynette. TMZ just obtained photos of Brian’s yacht “Soulmate” parked on a dock.
A Coast Guard official told TMZ on Tuesday…that they are “still conducting a criminal investigation into Ms. Hooker’s disappearance.” And the Royal Bahamas Police Force says Brian remains a suspect in the case.
As you know, Brian was released in custody Monday after prosecutors failed to charge him with a crime following Lynette disappearance at sea on April 4.

Brian says the couple left Hope Town on an 8-foot dinghy to Elbow Cay, where they would pick up the yacht “Soulmate.” But, Brian says, they encountered bad weather during the trip and Lynette went overboard… she was carrying a lanyard with the boat keys, which caused her to stop. Brian paddled the boat for hours to get back to shore and reported her missing.
Despite numerous searches, Lynette has not been seen since the day she disappeared. Police used a K-9 team to try to find Lynette in Hope Town on Wednesday, but she came up empty-handed.
