Celeste Rivas‘s family reportedly plans to issue a statement through their lawyer on Monday in response to D4vd was arrested 7 months after the 14-year-old’s decomposing body was found in the trunk of his Tesla.
The family statement would be the first time the public has heard from Celeste’s loved ones since D4vd’s arrest Thursday in Los Angeles.

Prosecutors have until Monday to charge D4vd with a crime or release him from custody…and, according to ABC7an attorney representing Celeste’s family said that if the Los Angeles County district attorney held a news conference, Celeste’s parents and sister would be in attendance.
The family’s attorney also says Celeste’s loved ones plan to attend a possible D4vd arraignment next week…if prosecutors do indeed file criminal charges.

LAPD arrested D4vd Thursday… and Marc Geragos said on cops podcast “2 Angry Men” took the law into their own hands because they were tired of waiting for the prosecutor to file charges.

A senior LAPD source tells us that the Los Angeles County medical examiner determined the circumstances of death it was a homicide…and it appears the police were waiting for that official statement before taking action.
D4vd Lawyers – real name David Burke — told TMZ… “Let me be clear: The concrete evidence in this case will show that David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez and was not the cause of her death.”
