Kenzie Burke is the founder of Burnedand a wellness creator best known for introducing food combining into the mainstream conversation. His approach came from his own experience with digestive issues and feeling overwhelmed by restrictive diets and conflicting wellness advice. Instead of following rigid plans, she began experimenting with how different foods made her feel, which led to the simple, structured method she now shares with her audience.
You may have already met her in there episode of The Bosssticks where she shared her bankruptcy experience, online backlash and where she is today. It is real, raw and reminds us that the return hits harder than the fall. Be sure to listen to learn more about evolution, discovery, and resilience.
Based on her own wellness journey with digestive issues, we thought Kenzie was the perfect person to ask for advice on lymphatic drainage. Today she’s here to tell us the 5 ways she incorporates it into her day to deflate, deflate, and feel better every day. With that, let’s welcome Kenzie to the blog.

I like to live a deflated life. To me, that just means staying in the flow. When my body feels good, my face reflects it.
These are the five things I keep coming back to.
1. Ice cream that rolls every morning
I start each day with The Skinny Confidential ice roller. I keep two in my freezer at all times, so one is always ready. If I travel, he comes with me. I’ll even order an ice bucket from a hotel just to keep it cold.
It wakes up my face, tightens everything and sets the tone for the day.
2. A breakfast that shakes things up
I definitely plan on not starting my day with anything heavy. My favorite smoothie is made with frozen cherries, cucumber, romaine, frozen blueberries, banana, coconut water, water, spirulina and collagen. This keeps everything flowing and I can see it on my face within a few hours.

3. Movement first, always
If I feel bloated, I know I need to move. I will walk on an inclined treadmill while answering emails or working. It’s one of the easiest ways to stay consistent, and it makes a noticeable difference in the lean, awake appearance of my face.
4. Lymphatic support throughout the day
I learned that stagnation sets in quickly. I will use one vibrating plate when I feel bad or heavy, just to get everything circulating again. It’s a quick reset that works every time.
5. Overlay Tools for Extra Impact
One of my favorite little hacks is to wear eye patch and the ice cream rolls on it. It repels everything, instantly deflates and gives a truly sculpted and fresh look.
