Puka Nacua Bite Accuser Files Rehab Lawsuit
Published

Puka Nacua was officially sued by his accuser for biting him in the middle of his rehab, TMZ Sports learned.
According to documents we obtained, three different process servers showed up at the LA Rams superstar’s holistic care center in Malibu earlier this month.

It appears the servers were tipped off to his whereabouts through media coverage… as the attempts began just days after we reported Nacua was focused on “personal growth” in the middle of treatment.
The first server said they showed up at the building around 2:50 p.m. on April 6…but an administrator refused to confirm or deny Nacua’s presence due to HIPAA restrictions.

The next day, around noon, another server spoke to a woman at the establishment who said she had to leave the area because she couldn’t serve documents there.
On the third day, the server made contact with a nurse identified as “Jane Doe”… and replacement service was performed on Nacua’s behalf.

We revealed the story… Madison Atiabithe alleged victim, took legal action in late March… citing gender-based violence, battery, and neglect… claiming she “suffered actual damages, including physical injuries, pain and suffering, medical expenses, and severe emotional distress” after a New Year’s Eve party with Nacua.
The woman said Nacua bit her while drunk – which he said was in a strictly playful manner. She also claimed he made an anti-Semitic comment earlier in the night, but he categorically denies ever making such comments.

He has since vowed to fight back with his own trial.
Nacua requested treatment before the lawsuit was filed — his attorney said the treatment was to be 100% back before the season and unrelated to the allegations.
The franchise superstar has since returned to his day job…as he appeared on the Rams’ offseason program earlier this week.
Rams coach Sean McVay said Nacua is “doing great”… adding that the standout receiver “looks great.”
